Earl Giles

Earl Giles is a one-of-one drinks emporium based in the heart of the Minneapolis Arts District. 

Established in 2015, Earl Giles was built with the vision to provide high-quality, craft mixers at a fair price. Products by bartenders… for bartenders. 

In 2022, that original vision expanded with the opening of our 18,000-sq-ft restaurant and distillery, featuring a full-service bar, 330-seat restaurant and events space. At the heart of the facility is a rare Detroit Hot Rod Still and production house. Nestled above the production floor is our magical Drinks Apothecary, home to over 500 botanical extracts. 

In 2023, Bittercube co-founder and renowned beverage consultant, Nick Kosevich joined the company as CEO and partner, piloting the vision for the business and helping elevate the business to new horizons. 

Today Earl Giles is the prep kitchen for bars and restaurants around the country. We are the flavor lab and production house and co-packers for a multitude of fast-growing, award winning private label products.  

We also create our own award-winning lines of products across categories from spirits, liqueurs, cocktail mixers and syrups to RTDs, THC and functional beverages.
