Located in the Augusta American Viticulture Area (AVA), the first AVA designated in the U.S. (in 1980), the four wineries in the Hoffmann Family of Companies are vital stops for the wine connoisseur and amateur alike. Our wineries specialize in estate-bottled wines to highlight the terroir and unique characteristics of the Augusta Appellation. Each winery has its own individual personality and charm. All with award-winning wines, knowledgeable & friendly team members, and tasting rooms open year round. 
Augusta Winery and Montelle Winery previously became sister companies under Tony Kooyumjian in 1998. By 2022 the portfolio grew to include Balducci Vineyards and Mount Pleasant Estates under the Hoffmann Family of Companies. Today, you can tour the 1800s hand carved cellars of Mount Pleasant while sampling their Volume XXIII Tawny Port, a 97point Gold Medal winner at the London Wine Competition. Venture just down the block to Augusta Winery for a Gold Medal winning Norton or Vidal Blanc.
