Vista Hermosa Distillery

VISTA HERMOSA DISTILLERY is an artisanal distillery located into the heart of Chilean Patagonia. We are producers of premium spirits such as potato and grain vodka, gin, and cherry brandy. To make our spirits, we use local products (potatoes, grain, the world's southernmost cherries) and glacier water. The distillery is equipped with copper column and classic stills, with a production capacity of 2,200 bottles per month. Our entire production process is sustainable; the cooked potato and grain waste is used as fertilizer or animal feed for local farmers. Our KAWESQAR potato vodka wins awards at the WSWA Denver 2025 and SipAwards San Francisco 2025 competitions.
