Olé & Obrigado was founded in 1999 by Spanish natives Patrick Mata and Alberto Orte, whose families have crafted wines and spirits for generations. Our mission is to bring authentic, high-quality wines and spirits from Spain and Portugal to discerning customers who value excellence and a true sense of place.
Patrick and Alberto are recognized leaders in the wine industry, with Alberto producing extraordinary wines from unique sites across Spain and rescuing nearly extinct grape varieties. Together, they have built a portfolio that reflects tradition, innovation, and integrity.
Beyond exceptional products, Olé & Obrigado is committed to sustainability and community. Carbon neutral since 2022, we have donated over $1 million to causes including hunger relief, healthcare, farming, and education.
